⚰️ Don’t let misplaced pride kill you

This Monday was “Blue Monday”, which is considered by some to be the most depressing day of the year (though widely discredited).
One of my best friends sent me this article almost 10 years ago and, looking back, it radically changed my life.
I would like to share it with you.
It has one of the most memorable openings of any piece of writing I have ever read and ChatGPT tells me the article will take “roughly 2 to 3 minutes to read”.
I highly recommend it.

Life sucks sometimes, it is important to reach out to people. And for god’s sake, go to the damn doctor if you have even the slightest doubt about anything to do with your health. Your health is your first foundation. It is your only priority.
💡 Quote I'm pondering
“Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live” - Jim Rohn
A double Jim Rohn, we had “you are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with” mentioned in last week’s edition. As much as your social circle or place you live matters, it doesn’t matter at all without your health.
Entrepreneurs often forget this, putting everybody else first - even strangers - simply because they have paid them a dollar and are now referred to as a “customer”. Without health, nothing else matters. Look after yourself.
