Let's Go Paragliding
Result: Team handles everything
Benoist had two problems: his revenue was collapsing (he didn't know why!), and he had no time.

I conducted a full audit of his business and we immediately resolved the revenue issue by overhauling the ads strategy and fixing cart completion. We fixed his time issue by introducing a 3PL, creating new systems, and training his team. He now makes more, and his team handles everything.
My business now runs without me

Short video
Meet Benoist. Benoist first reached out to me because his revenue was collapsing and he didn't know why.
He felt like he was constantly "putting out fires" and had no time to look into a problem that seemed to have happened for no reason - he hadn't changed anything.

I did a complete review of his business and quickly spotted the problem: his cart conversion rate was terrible (8%) and his ads guy had switched from optimising for conversions to optimising for clicks.

We completely overhauled the ads strategy to focus on sales, not clicks. We then redesigned his cart experience, adding key credibility indicators and simplifying the process. Additionally, we introduced automated email sequences to both capture and convert new and existing leads.

Cart completion skyrocketed to 92%, and revenue returned to record levels (and growing!). Email became his second biggest revenue channel, overtaking his established eBay store.

After recovering revenue, the real work began.

We realised Benoist had no time because he was doing lots of low-value tasks, like responding to low-leverage emails or packaging all goods for delivery by himself.

I helped Benoist introduce a 3PL to handle packing and delivery. We then introduced systems and training for the other team members to allow them handle almost every part of the business.

Now, Benoist is making more money and working less. He recently told me "I really have the strong feeling I could close my eyes and say to my team "just go for it"", and called me from the top of a mountain where he was taking a week off to go paragliding (for the first time in years!). He now has a business he can truly enjoy.
