Case study: Stevie
Video Agency: SEA Studios
Result: Solopreneur➡️business owner
We developed SEA Studios from a demanding one-man operation into a growing video production agency with a team - without Stevie having to do everything himself (and he was able to take vacations!)

How we built SEA Studios into a business that could thrive while Stevie took vacations
Before: A successful business that was becoming impossible to run
Stevie didn't need somebody to teach him how to make brilliant videos.
He needed a way to keep his clients happy without sacrificing every evening, every spare hour and, eventually, his ability to enjoy running SEA Studios.
Within months of us working together, he'd built the systems and team that allowed him to take a proper holiday while the business kept moving.
My business now runs without me

My client, Stevie Arnoldi of SEA Studios
Meet Stevie. When Stevie first reached out to me, his video production business - SEA Studios - was doing well and bringing in around £6,000 per month. But he was exhausted.
He was juggling multiple clients, filming, editing, managing projects, handling sales and responding to emails. He was working evenings and weekends, missing time with his family, and starting to miss client deadlines.
He wanted to grow SEA Studios into a proper agency, but he barely had time to deliver the work he already had, let alone build a business that didn't depend entirely on him.
We started by changing how he managed his time and clients. We introduced better planning, realistic deadlines, clearer boundaries and communication systems so he could stop saying yes to everything and sacrificing his personal life to keep clients happy.
We then identified the work that was taking up his time and started building a team to take it off his hands.
I helped Stevie hire and onboard a virtual assistant, editors and other freelancers. We introduced project management systems, checklists, training and quality control processes so he could confidently delegate work without compromising the quality his clients expected.
For the first time, Stevie wasn't responsible for doing absolutely everything.
With more time available, we started focusing on growth. We improved his proposals, developed a retainer offer, worked on profitability and helped him pursue bigger, more valuable client relationships.
Within six months, SEA Studios had achieved a record £32,000 month, up from around £6,000 when we started. Even better, Stevie had spent a week of that month on holiday while his team kept the business running!
And the growth didn't stop there.
Just 11 months after we started working together, Stevie achieved another record: **£88,000 revenue in a single month!**
But my favourite part isn't the money. It's what changed in Stevie's life.
He's now got time for the gym, his family and making music. He can protect his evenings, turn down unreasonable client requests and take holidays without everything grinding to a halt.
As Stevie put it, "I'm finishing work on time. I've got time for the gym, I've got time for other things in my life."
He recently told me, "Now it feels like a business. It's not just me as a busy freelancer. I'm a business now and that's just truly exciting."
Stevie hasn't just built a bigger business. He's built one that gives him the freedom to actually enjoy his life. I'd like to help you do that too.
