A bias to action is one of the most powerful things you can cultivate as an entrepreneur. I like to seek out people that take action and that encourage or inspire me to also take action.


Reading is useful, but some years ago I committed to reading less in order to have a stronger focus on implementing lessons. Lessons without change are worthless.

Experiment, iterate, activate, learn.
