​As always, we started with warm outreach. I gave her the scripts and templates and guided her efforts to make sure she got clients quickly and easily without it feeling icky.

​

From there we worked to perfect the system - building systems, creating automation, refining the offers, and even hiring help for things both in the business and personal life (from web design to cleaning her house!). 

​

We always built with her and her family in mind. Late nights and working weekends was outlawed. Yet the business grew strong.

​

Jen and I realised we had achieved her dream goal  - she made excellent money and had complete control over her business. We could scale, but she was happy with how things were so we chose not to. We decided to stop working together in January 2025. Here is what she had to say about our time together:

I have pretty much no work-related stress, and get immense satisfaction from doing something that is fulfilling and genuinely helps people. Investing in John's coaching is what enabled this to happen.

When you work with John, it's not just about the skills and expertise. The reason I stuck with him was his unfailing kindness, his strong ethics (both for the wellbeing of his clients and for the wellbeing of my clients), and his intuitive sense of what is needed in any given moment to keep things moving in the right direction.

I know that when you're thinking of coaching, there are a lot of concerns, because I had them too: Will this be worth the cost? Will I really learn anything I couldn't learn just by Googling? Will this be all motivation and no real skill-building? Will the benefits be all theoretical? Will this person just take over my business and leave me feeling bullied? With some coaches, these concerns are justified - but I'm writing this review to reassure you, if you work with John, you won't have to worry about any of this. He'll get you where you need to go. I stopped working with John in January 2026 - not because I was unhappy with him, but because his training was so good that I no longer needed him. That's the true sign of a phenomenal coach. "
