How do meetings work?
Meeting are online, 90 minutes per month, and capped at 6 people per group. New cohorts are formed monthly and you are matched to people like you (you can choose to stay with them or switch each month). You have one full month to read the book and two months to implement. It doesn't matter if you don't finish the book in the month, there will still be actions useful for you to implement. All meetings are led by an experienced coach. Month 1 = You and your group vote on which book to read from a shortlist (and start reading it). The reading only takes about one hour per week AND we have weekly group sessions to read it to make it easier to commit to the reading (these sessions are optional to attend and included in your membership). Month 2 = You and your group discuss the book together, pick out actionable insights, and set actions you will each implement this month (with progress checks each week). Month 3 = You and your group discuss implementation insights, continue implementing, and decide on the next book from a shortlist. Month 4 = You read the next book and the cycle continues. Everything you share in the meetings is confidential. Each group has one monthly meeting to discuss the book and actions, as well as optional weekly accountability sessions (included).
When are meetings?
Your availability will be taken into account when matching you with groups. We match based on you, your business, and your availability. You will see available group dates/times after your application is accepted.
Is this right for me and my business?
If you do not currently run a business then this is *NOT* right for you. This IS best for you if you already run a professional services business (coach, agency, therapist, etc) and want to be around doers in your industry. You will be matched to a group of people who run businesses similar to yours and who are at a similar stage to you. Your sessions are guided by an experienced coach and full of other doers like you who will all help you pull out insights from each book and apply them to your unique business and specific situation.
How much does it cost?
We have a "win your money back" offer (yes, the idea came from one of the books!) - you invest £200 to join and you get it all back if you read at least 100 pages of the book and you attend the first meeting. No questions asked. This effectively makes it free for you to join, but also makes sure you have the accountability you need to read the book and make the most of our month together.
